Arthur Oberascher, owner of AO T Consulting GmbH , CEO Of Deloitte Consulting GmbH is a businessman and consultant with 20-years of professional experience in various of businesses. He successfully began his career as a lecturer at the Institute of Business Administration and Information Technology, Karl-Franzens-Universität, Graz. After that he continue to develop in Styrian Provincial Government, Graz. Almost for 10 years he has been Head of department for human resources recruitment and development. Then, several years he took a position as Director of the Office for Economic Development and Tourism, Municipal Council, Graz. Arthur was responsible mainly for Implementation of new economic concepts. From 2001-2006 he was CEO of Austria Tourism, and finally he was long years the President of European Travel Commission (association of Europe’s national tourism organisations), Brussels Tourism marketing for Europe in overseas markets.
